I want to change my password
After logging in, you can change your password under 'login details'. After saving your new password, you can start using it immediately.
I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, enter the e-mail address you once used to register under 'I am already a balanced community member'. Then click on 'forgotten password'. You will then receive an e-mail from us to reset your password.
What can I see in my account?
Having your own account will speed up the ordering process and you will find an overview of your previously placed orders and your subscription(s).
You do not need an account to order.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account on our website by right click on 'my account' at the top. Under ''I'm new' fill in your details. After filling in your details, click 'submit' and your account is created. A confirmation is in your inbox.
