How can I return a product or my order?

I received an incorrect/damaged/defective product
We can be brief about that. If there is something wrong with the product you have received, we will of course send you the right product free of charge. If the product turns out to be damaged or defective after receipt, we will also send you a new product free of charge. Please contact us via ask@Bengsproducts.com.
