On this page you’ll find what data we collect when you use our website, why we collect this data and how we improve your user experience. We like it when you understand how we work.

By using this website, you indicate that you accept the privacy policy. Ric 4 Life respects the privacy of all users of bengsproducts.com and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. 

Use of our services 

When you register on bengsproducts.com to purchase a product, or one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. We store and monitor all data you give us using the most modern techniques. If someone has nothing to do with this data, they simply can’t access it. 

We use your personal data to process your order. Without your personal data, we can’t deliver the balance and well-being products you have ordered. And we use your personal data to maintain contact with you. An example: in case we want to check certain things about the order and delivery with you. 

Sometimes we have to provide your data to third parties, in which case we require that those parties handle it with the same care as we do, and that the data may only be used for the purpose which we give it. We do this through so-called processing agreements with our partners. 

Bengs account 

It’s useful to create an account, then you don’t have to fill in everything again with a new order. In your account you can view and edit your contact details. And you’ll find information about placed orders and returns and information you wish to receive, such as newsletters. You can manage your account by logging in. 

Communication 

Once you send us an email or other message, we might keep those messages. Sometimes we ask you for personal information which is necessary to help you. This way we can process your questions and answer your requests. We store this data securely. We only send our newsletter if you have given permission for this. And you can always withdraw that permission if, for example, the quantity doesn’t feel balanced. 

The processing of your personal data 

The law says we must tell you based on what ‘legal grounds’ we process your personal data. These are: (1) your permission, for example if you have given it for sending our information. (2) in the context of an agreement, such as when you place an order. (3) based on a legal obligation, such as tax legislation and, (4) if we have a legitimate interest in doing so, for example to maintain contact.
