FAQ: Payment and discounts
Which payment methods do you accept?
For one-time purchases you can pay with credit card or PayPal.
For subscription orders, we work with a direct debit from your account or credit card.
What can I use my discount code for?
Discount codes can be applied to one-time orders.* Only one discount code applies per order and discount codes can’t be stacked or combined with other offers.
*Exceptions are: subscription orders and special priced items. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer.
I cannot use any of the offered payment methods.
Please contact us via ask@bengsproducten.com. We’ll manually create an invoice for you. After payment has been received, we will send your order.
How do I receive my invoice?
If you have paid via iDeal, Giropay, Bankomat, Credit card or Paypal, you’ll receive a confirmation via email with your invoice immediately after your order. We don’t do paper invoices. So sustainable.
