“Pretty typical training week, until today. I added 18 kg to my Bench Press since the persistent pain I’ve had in the right shoulder for the past 6 months is almost gone! There is NO WAY to fake being able to bench press an extra 18 kg for 3 sets of 8 reps. My bench press went from 105 x bench presses the day before yesterday to 145 x bench presses this morning!!! I added a significant amount of weight to all my exercises today. Side note: the creaking in my ankles was gone when I woke up (ankles usually creak for about 3 minutes when I wake up, but not this morning.)”
