I have been experimenting with the Bengs spray for a couple months, but I hadn’t noticed anything until this: I developed a couple chilblains, as I often do in the winter. I was taking the spray orally at the time and it didn’t prevent or treat the chilblains. But when I started applying the spray topically on the chilblains, it stopped the symptoms (itching, soreness) by 90-95% immediately.
\nIt may have helped them heal a bit faster too, but the main thing was, while they were healing they were almost entirely comfortable!
